The interior isn't the cleanest, but there are no rips, burns or tears, and everything is intact. #1994 geo metro 4 door hatchback crackedThere is no visible rust on the body or major damage, there are some dings and dents here and there and some white paint showing through where some green has cracked off the bumpers. The body is alright, it was obviously repainted at some point in its life (previous owners), and does not have any major damage, although it is wavy. The car starts right up and runs good, the clutch and transmission feel good. I have not cared much to look further into it, as it has done this for a while now and never left me stranded, and it only happens occasionally. I was told it was the starter relay going bad, but while doing research on some GEO forums it appears to be a pretty common issue and the fault is a dirty ground. The only other issue worth mentioning is that some times you have to cycle the key once or twice before the engine will crank. These are all little $10 items, and if the price is above $1400 I will gladly change the oil pan gasket, oil and filter, I will replace the leaking exhaust gasket and I will address the squealing belt. On start up one of the belts squeal a little only some times, its quiets up after a minute, the oil pan gasket leaks a few drips of oil, the $3 donut exhaust gasket in the center of the car leaks as well. I honestly never attempted to look at it to diagnose why. This metro does have A/c, but it does not blow cold. I will try to the best of my knowledge list any flaws I know about this car. If you are looking for a cheap reliable fuel efficient car then you are in the right place. In the past 2000 miles this metro received new spark plugs and wires, the egr was cleaned, a new fuel pump and strainer, fuel filter and a new fuel sending unit This is not an expensive car, if you are expecting perfection then this is not the car for you. I no longer drive this car, and it has been sitting in my driveway for about a month and will continue to sit until it is sold as I have taken insurance off the car. This metro would usually average 40-43mpg on my commute. The car runs and drives fine and has CURRENT PA INSPECTION until 1/15. Runs and drives great.GREAT TRANSPORTATION!įEATURES: 4 cylinder motor with Automatic Transmission, Cold AC, Celour intyerior, 4 doors, AM/FM CD and more.įor more details about this car visit or call us atġ994 Geo Metro Hatch with the 3 cylinder 1.0L engine and a 5 speed transmission. the unequal length cv axles you would need to order would be for a 1994 Geo Metro G13BA automatic.GEO METRO IS THE SAME AS A TOYOTA COROLLA (compared with either used axles or going with intermediate shaft/equal length cv axle option).
